LICENSING

• Personal Download License

All the digital products available on www.markush-photography.com (collectively “Media”) are sold with a personal-use license. Markush-photography grants you, the buyer, a non-exclusive perpetual personal-use license to download and copy the accompanying image(s) subject to the following restrictions: 

• • This license is for personal use only. Personal use means non-commercial use of the Media, only for display on personal websites and computers, or making image prints for personal use. The Media may not be used in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration. The Media may not be used in advertising. The Media may not be resold, relicensed, or sub-licensed.
  • There are no warranties, express or implied. The Media are provided ‘as is.’
  • Markush-photography will not be liable for any third-party claims or incidental, consequential, or other damages arising out of this license or your use of the Media.

COPYRIGHTS 

Title and ownership, and all rights now and in the future, of and for the Media remain exclusively with Markush-photography. The copyright Designs and Patents Acts assign the copyright of the images to the photographer. 

PRIVACY

Personal Details – Any personal information that you provide to us, including your name, address, telephone number and email address, will not be released or sold to any entities or individuals outside of Markush-photography.com.

SECURITY

Markush-photography does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from our website. Your credit card details are processed by STRIPE.

REFUND

Please understand that, due to its nature, Markush-photography does not offer any partial or full refunds for digital products.

Markush-photography accept all major credit cards through the STRIPE payment gateway.
